Because we sell digital products, all sales are generally final.
Individual Product Purchases
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
Membership Plans
Refunds for memberships are not available once access to downloads has been granted.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered only if:
- The product files are completely inaccessible
- A technical issue prevents delivery and cannot be resolved
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
